My signature bridal makeup style is a glowing, youthful complexion that will last through the joyful tears and in to the early hours of the next morning.

Your vision for your special day will be discussed during your trial and any important advice will be offered when needed to ensure your desired makeup look is executed to perfection.

All products used are suitable for photography, and the longevity of your makeup is a top priority.

You will be able to feel at ease knowing that you don't have to leave your accommodation, your makeup artist will arrive promptly and set up ready to start on time.

Makeup Lessons

Makeup lessons are a fun idea for anyone wanting to gain some personalised makeup education. One on one lessons or group workshops can be organised upon request.

All lessons are done at the client's residence within the Sunshine Coast region.

Topics covered include:

Tools used and the best way to maintain them.
How to prepare skin for makeup application.
Foundation and concealing.
How to contour and highlight to suit your face shape as well as blush application.
Eye makeup to enhance your eye shape and what eyeshadow colours will compliment you.
Brow shaping with makeup.
False eyelash application.
How to apply lip products.

COMMERCIAL, PHOTOGRAPHY AND FASHION

Previous experience in commercial, photography and fashion includes work for the following companies:

Sunco Hyundai, Price Attack, PPS hair, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Sydney, Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane, and Ekka parades.

Services are charged at either half day or full day rates. Please contact for a personalised quote.

I work solo most of the time and can do group sizes of 1 to 10 people. With plenty of notice I can organise another artist to help out for large groups.

Hello There! My name is Victoria aka Vikki, founder of Victoria Gunn makeup.

I have been a makeup artist for many years, and am still just as passionate about my work now as I was at the beginning of my career. The majority of the work I do on the Sunshine Coast is bridal, but I also love doing makeup for any special occasion, editorial makeup as well as makeup lessons. I can travel to any location from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast upon request.

Those who know me well would know that I am a true minimalist at heart. My signature makeup look is fresh, luminous skin paired with a bronze smokey eye, fluffy brows and a nude lip. But of course, I love creating any makeup look to suit the needs of my gorgeous clients. With my expertise and professional products used, whether it be your wedding day or any other special event, your makeup will last through laughter, happy tears, or those kisses from grandma!

What happens in the trial?

During your trial we will discuss your event, the vision you have for your makeup and any specific requests you have. If you normally don't wear makeup and aren't sure what you would like - don't worry that's totally ok! We can work together to achieve a makeup application you are comfortable with. Trials are completed at my residence on the Sunshine Coast. Alternatively I can travel to any address on the Sunshine Coast upon request for a small travel fee of $25. Payment is required in full on the day of your trial. I accept cash or bank transfer.

Are false eyelashes included in the service?

Do you offer hair services?

I currently only offer hair styling for commercial work. For any other events such as bridal or special occasions I have several professional hairstylists that I work closely with and can recommend upon request.

The reason I don't personally offer hairstyling to bridal clients is that I am passionate about makeup artistry and would prefer to leave the hairstyling to others that have that as their main craft, as well as to save you time on your day!
